PURPOSE: An Internet-based learning system classifying the level and a learning method using the same are provided to offer the personalized learning process of the learner for various subjects according to each level and to advance studies fitting for the need of learner, thereby enabling the learner to study more actively. CONSTITUTION: A database (32) of a learning operator server (30) stores education content for learning course. In case a learner terminal requests the education content for learning course, a controller (33) transmits the stored education content for learning course to the learner terminal through a transceiver (31) and receives learning data associated with the education content for learning course from the learner terminal. The controller generates final result data and transmits the generated final result data to the learner terminal through the transceiver.
