PURPOSE: A neural cell adhesion molecule L1-like protein which is a marker for diagnosing breast cancer, a method for detecting the same, and a kit containing an antibody for the same for diagnosing breast cancer are provided to show superior diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy and to simply diagnose breast cancer using patient blood, thereby early diagnosing breast cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively detecting a neural cell adhesion molecule L1-like protein with a sequence of sequence number 1 from a blood sample comprises the step of detecting the protein through multiple reaction monitoring using a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer contains information on a target peptide of the protein and a pair of parent and daughter ions of the target peptide for detecting the protein from a blood sample through multiple reaction monitoring.
