PURPOSE: A production method of a Taxus mairei extract is provided to minimize the damage of functional components. CONSTITUTION: Fresh Taxus mairei leaves are collected (S100). The obtained Taxus mairei leaves are washed with flowing water (S200). 0.5-2 wt% of Taxus mairei leaves, 0.5-2 wt% of jujube, and 97-99 wt% of purified water are inserted into an extractor, and the mixture is heated at 115-120°C for 70-90 minutes (S300). Various foreign substances in a particle form and the Taxus mairei leaves are removed from the extractor (S400). Fine particles are removed from the mixture (S500). The Taxus mairei extract is inserted into a pouch pack while maintaining the temperature at 90°C, and the pouch pack is automatically sealed and packaged (S800).
