摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A production method of a rain water penetration type porous hybrid polymer block is provided to offer improved permeability and excellent intensity by using recycled aggregate of waste concrete as coarse aggregate, fly ash or blast furnace slag as filler, and a polyester resin as a binder. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a rain water penetration type porous hybrid polymer block comprises the following steps: mixing 69-72 wt% of recycled aggregate which is coarse aggregate, 12-16 wt% of sand which is fine aggregate, and 7-9 wt% of fly ash, blast furnace slag, or calcium carbonate as filler to obtain a mixture; adding 6-9 wt% of an unsaturated-polyester resin in an ortho type to the mixture as a binder; vibration-stomping the mixture into a mold to obtain a molded product; curing the molded product to obtain the block with a vegetation space; and filling vegetation soil inside the vegetation space.
