PURPOSE: A spindle tolerance compensation device of an electro-mechanical brake system is provided to reduce the uneven contact of a brake pad due to the different end positions of a plurality of spindles. CONSTITUTION: A spindle tolerance compensation device (300) of an electro-mechanical brake system (10) comprises a caliper body (310), a spindle (320), an inner pad (330), an outer pad (340), a fluid pressure compensation unit (350), a fluid pressure line, and a bleeding line. The spindle is installed on the caliper body and converts the rotary displacement of an actuator into a linear displacement. The inner pad is connected to the end of the spindle. The inner pad is linearly moved to a brake disk with the operation of the spindle which linearly moves. The outer pad is installed on the caliper body. The outer pad faces the inner pad with the brake disk between them. The fluid pressure compensation unit is made of a fluid pressure cylinder. The fluid pressure compensation unit is installed on the caliper body. The fluid pressure supports the outer pad towards the brake disk using fluid pressure. The fluid pressure line is a fluid passage to supply a working fluid to the fluid pressure compensation unit. The bleeding line is a fluid passage to discharge air from the inside of the fluid pressure compensation unit. |
