PURPOSE: A panelized modular building system for providing a panelized factor and a construction method thereof are provided to improve constructionability by installing a vertical member which is integrated with a beam, a column, and a wall. CONSTITUTION: A panelized modular building system for providing a panelized factor and a construction method thereof comprises a unit (300) which includes a beam-column unit (100) and a bottom plate unit (200). Columns or beams arranged between units are shared by assembling the units and vertically or laterally layering the units to make the columns or beams panelized without being overlapped. The cross-sectional shape of the beam and column are made by combining one or more among a square-shape steel pipe, a Π-shaped channel, a rib Π-shaped channel, and an L angle. Both sides of the bottom plate unit are integrated with a long side beam. One side of a short side beam is embedded with a bottom plate fixing bolt. The other side of the short side beam is embedded with a fixing nut.
