摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A disperse-strengthened alloy for nuclear power in which an yttrium oxide is dispersed and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to enhance a solid dissolution rate of an yttrium oxide (Y2O3) inside Fe powder, and to lower an impurity content of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), oxygen (O), and argon (Ar). CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a disperse-strengthened alloy for nuclear power in which an yttrium oxide is dispersed comprises the following steps: metal powder which is necessary for manufacturing a nano particle phase oxide dispersion strengthened alloy phase is prepared for (S100); alloy powder having a particle size of 100-150 um is obtained (S200); an yttrium oxide (Y2O3) powder is solid-dissolved inside the alloy powder (S300); after inserting 200-300 g of a compound powder into 70 mm of a metal can, the compound powder is degasified for 24 hours at 300°C, and a final welding is performed and sealed (S400); an HIP is performed for 4 hours at 100 Mpa of a pressure at 1150°C (S500); a residual pore inside a molded product is removed (S600); and a disperse-strengthened alloy for nuclear power is finished by annealing a hot forged product (S700).
