PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to have excellent lifetime, to reduce driving voltage, and to increase power efficiency, thereby improving power consumption of an organic electroluminescent diode. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, L1 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted 5-30 membered heteroarylene, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)arylene; X1 is CH or N; Y is -O-, -S-, -CR11R12-, or -NR13-; Ar1 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)arylene, or a substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkylene; Ar2 is hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted 5-30 membered heteroaryl.
