CONCRETE STRENGTHENING STEEL TUBE PILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A concrete composite steel pile of a reinforcing structure using a reinforcing bar and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep a fixed coating thickness between a longitudinal re-bar and a steel pipe when the steel pipe is rotated in centrifugal molding. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composite steel pile of a reinforcing structure using a reinforcing bar is integrated with a hollow concrete part inside a steel pipe (2) and is arranged with a reinforcing re-bar net (1) inside. The reinforcing re-bar net includes a longitudinal re-bar (11) and a lateral hoop (12). One or more lateral hoops are made of a cut oval hoop (10). The cut oval hoop fixes the reinforcing re-bar net while pressurizing the inner side of the steel pipe using elasticity.
