METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXTRACTING FROM WASTE FILTER

PURPOSE: An extraction method of a plasticizer from a used filter medium is provided to effectively separate the plasticizer from the used filter medium using small amount of a base material having a hydroxy group. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of a plasticizer from a used filter medium extracts the plasticizer from remaining in the used filter medium by applying a base material with a hydroxy group to the used filter medium generated from a plasticizer production process. The extraction method comprises the following steps: inserting the used filter medium and the water with the base material into a reactor for reacting; and collecting the plasticizer separated from the used filter medium. The reaction is conducted at 60-80°C while stirring. An extractor for the plasticizer includes: the reactor (10) for inserting the used filter medium, the base material, and the water; and a floating settling tank (30) separating the plasticizer by floating.
