PURPOSE: A tag based giveaway drawing system is provided to provide the tag based giveaway drawing system capable of actively adjusting a winning probability, thereby utilizing the tag based giveaway drawing system when drawing a giveaway. CONSTITUTION: An information obtaining unit (110) obtains an individual tag identification number from an identification tag attached on a product. A lottery number generating unit (120) generates a lottery number making the individual tag identification number as a seed value. A comparing unit (130) compares the lottery number generated by the lottery number generating unit with a winning number. A winning performing unit (140) confirms the lottery number as the winning number if the lottery number and the winning number are identical. A first communications unit (150) receives the winning number compared by the comparing unit from a giveaway managing server.
