PURPOSE: A temperature measuring system and a temperature measuring method thereof are provided to connect one or more temperature sensors to one controller to be communicated, thereby easily adding and changing the temperature sensors. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measuring system(2) comprises a plurality of controllers(221) and communication interface. The controllers are installed adjacent to temperature sensors(211) and receive temperature data measured by corresponding temperature sensor by communicating with at least one temperature sensor among a plurality of the temperature sensors. The communication interface is connected to a plurality of the controllers to be communicated. A central control device is connected to the communication interface and receives the temperature data measured by the controllers when requesting the temperature data to the controllers.
