PURPOSE: A server, a terminal, a method, and a recording medium for caller authentication-based call/message communications are provided to improve the communication satisfaction of a receiving subscriber by normally processing or blocking a message. CONSTITUTION: A service information setting part (310) sets up or updates service setting information. The service information setting part synchronizes the service setting information with a service server. A blocking history receiving part (330) receives a call/message blocking history from the service server. A blocked call/message restoring part (350) receives a blocked outgoing message from the service server. The blocked call/message restoring part communicates with the originating terminal of a blocked outgoing call.
