PURPOSE: A fluid dynamic bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to sufficiently endure the high speed rotation of the motor or an external impact by firmly fixing a stator to a sleeve housing. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve (120) rotationally supports a shaft (110). The sleeve is inserted into a sleeve housing (140). A thrust plate (130) is arranged on the upper part of the axial direction of the sleeve. A cap member (150) is arranged on the upper part of the axial direction of the thrust plate. A cover plate (160) is combined with the sleeve housing while maintaining a gap with the lower part of the axial direction of the sleeve. An elastic bar (170) is formed on the inner circumference of the combined part of the sleeve housing.
