PURPOSE: A terminal coupling and controlling system and a user terminal used in the terminal coupling and controlling system are provided to display a second image, which is related to a control operation of the user of a small sized terminal, on a first image of a big sized terminal. CONSTITUTION: A signal unit (1512) sends the location information of a touch unit which is adjacent to a user terminal to a receiving terminal. An image unit (1504) outputs the image data which will be shared with the receiving terminal. The signal unit transmits an image signal including the outputted image data to the receiving terminal. The signal unit displays a first image corresponding to the transmitted image data and a second image corresponding to the location information transmitted from the touch unit on the receiving terminal.
