<p>PURPOSE: A window bracket for a display panel protection and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to mass-product a mobile unit economically by supplying a window bracket which is light and thin with an excellent shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A window bracket for a display panel protection comprises the following steps: the window bracket supports the display panel, and prevents a damage of the display panel; a core panel (60) comprises a reinforcing fiber of a long fiber form which is arranged consecutively with having a directionality, and a fiber-reinforced composite material including a resin matrix in which the reinforcing fiber is dipped; a plastic injection unit (70) is formed on a surface of the core panel, and fixes the display panel; and the reinforcing fiber is selected among a carbon fiber, a glass fiber, an aramid fiber, a boron fiber, a quartz fiber, an alumina fiber, and a their mixture.</p> |
