<p>PURPOSE: A method and a system for setting a contact point of a touch pen and a finger for controlling a touch screen terminal minutely are provided to perform a task and to run a program exactly since a finger on a touch screen does not block a view. CONSTITUTION: A method and a system for setting a contact point of a touch pen and a finger for controlling a touch screen terminal minutely comprise the following steps: the touch screen terminal outputs a voice or a text inducing a finger touch; when a finger touches an area inside a domain for detecting a finger coordinate of a touch screen, the terminal generates a pointer image based on the coordinate of a spot where a finger touches initially; a user is informed that the pointer image is generated, the user is induced to drag the finger until the user shows a point at a desired finger-tip spot; and when a point setting is completed in the finger or a fingerprint position, a point icon is changed.
