PURPOSE: A mesh fence forming apparatus and a mesh fence manufacturing system including the same are provided to laminate and impregnate reinforced fibers with multiple layers inside a base composite, thereby maximizing a mechanical property, and reducing manufacturing cost with simplifying a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A mesh fence forming apparatus (100) includes a mold frame (110), a reinforced fiber feeding part, a temperature control piping part (130), and a mesh fence separating part (140). The mold frame is shaped into a plate, and is horizontally placed. The reinforced fiber feeding part is placed at the upper side of the mold frame, and ejects reinforced fibers so that the fibers are laminated with multiple layers inside a base composite. The temperature control piping part is a pipeline in contact with the lower side of the mold frame. The mesh fence separating part has a pressurizing pin (141), a pressurizing pin supporting frame (142), and a hydraulic cylinder (143). The upper side of the pin at the lower side of the mold frame is inserted into a pressurizing pin hole. The supporting frame is placed at a position corresponding to the position of the pressurizing pin hole. The hydraulic cylinder at the lower side of the supporting frame selectively lifts the supporting frame. |
