MARINE STRUCTURE WITH PROTRUSION FOR WAVE OVERTOPPING PREVENTION AND SEAWALL, BREAKWATER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A marine structure with a top protrusion for wave overtopping prevention and a breakwater using the same are provided to fundamentally prevent waves from overtopping by turning run-up waves using an overtopping preventive protrusion and discharging the waves through a seawater discharge opening. CONSTITUTION: A marine structure with a top protrusion for wave overtopping prevention comprises a structure main body (100) and a superstructure (200). The front wall of the structure main body is formed in the inlet side of waves. The front wall is formed with a plurality of wave dissipating slits (121) and a running water chamber (170) to allow seawater to flow by coming in touch with the wave dissipating slits. The top of the running water chamber is formed with a seawater discharge opening (180). The inner top of the seawater discharge opening is formed with a wave overtopping protrusion (210).
