CULTURE MEDIUM OF ADIPOSE-DERIVED STEM CELL, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITION FOR PROMOTING HAIR GROWTH COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC-T) culture medium is provided to effectively promote hair growth and to be used as a raw material of an agent for preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an ADSC-T culture medium comprises the steps of: treating adipose tissues with collagenase and centrifuging to isolate adipose-derived stem cells; culturing the adipose-derived stem cells; transfecting a plasmid expression vector (pEF321beta-T) into the adipose-derived stem cells and preparing ADSC-T which expresses SV40 T antigen; and culturing ADSC-T in a medium and collecting the culture medium. A pharmaceutical composition for promoting hair growth contains the ADSC-T culture medium as an active ingredient.
