本发明系提供一种高耐热性、低吸附性、低透湿性、低透氧性之预填充式注射器。;一种预填充式注射器,其含有至少分别构成筒及接合部之树脂,该树脂系二醇单元中之1~30莫耳%为具有环状缩醛骨架之二醇单元,二羧酸单元中之70莫耳%以上为具有萘骨架之二羧酸单元,满足全部下述式(i)~(iii)之聚酯树脂。;(i)以微差扫瞄热量卡计测得之玻璃转移温度为110℃以上;(ii)透湿系数为1g.mm/m2/日以下;(iii)透氧系数为10cc.mm/m2/日/atm以下。
