FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to hand-held right-angle grinder. Proposed machine comprises reduction gear case, flange tool interface, protective device to house working tool 18 to be fitted at said tool interface to rotate thereat and at least one retainer to fix said protective device in angular position. Said retainer comprises at least one stop and at least one counterstop interacting therewith. Said stop and counterstop allows turning of protective device in at least one direction to preset angular position under emergent conditions.
