FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-concentration jets sprayed at long ranges and composed of fine drops. Proposed jets may be used in fire-fighting equipment, agriculture for irrigation and other industries that required fine and long-range gas-drop jets. proposed method comprises fluid and gas flow feed, dispersion of fluid, mixing of dispersed fluid with gas flow and acceleration of produced two-phase gas-drop flow to be forced in double-circuit nozzle outer circuit and acceleration of gas-drop flow. Additional gas flow is created and fed in the nozzle inner circuit. Note here that two-phase gas-drop flow and extra gas flow are accelerated separately in one direction. Note here that acceleration of extra gas flow is higher than that of two-phase gas-drop flow.EFFECT: increased range of spraying.1 dwg |
