FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers intended for homogenisation of major volumes of suspension and may be used at chemical and metallurgical plants. Proposed mixer comprises vertical shaft revolved by the drive. Blades enclosed in fixed ring arranged at said shaft upper section and inclined to vertical. Vertical vanes are secured at shaft bottom section. Ring features definite height-to-diameter ratio while vanes feature definite width-to-height ratio. Revolving blades forced the suspension downward while swirl it radially. This results in intensive mixing of the entire bulk of suspension without stagnant areas.EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing, power savings.6 dwg |
