<p>The device has a support (1) comprising perforations (2) for fixing the support on a wall of a building above an opening through a screw. Removable studs (10) are integrated to the support for supporting flexible bands (3, 4). Orifices (17) permit insertion of the bands on the studs. A maintaining unit maintains the bands on the studs. The maintaining unit has a cap (18) for covering the studs after the insertion of the bands. The cap is fixed on the studs through a projection and annular groove.</p> |
