FIELD: motor industry.SUBSTANCE: device relates to a nondetachable double-link door hinge of a car, one of links in which is connected with a body, and the second one - with the door. The non-detachable double-link door hinge of the car produced by stamping from a sheet, made of a fixed link, screwed to the car body in the door opening, and a movable link, screwed to the car doors, at the same time in the movable link two opposite holes for the axis of the hinge are combined with a tube into a single hole, ends of which, not protruding above the external end planes, are made aflush with them, and at the outlet of the holes the tube is caulked into the body of the hinge eye link with a puncheon at least with two ribs, becoming an integral whole with this link. To reduce friction between links of the axis at the end surfaces of one of the links, around the holes, there are ledges formed, which face the surface around the hole of another link, at the same time an antifriction coating is applied onto ledges. Besides, on the lower site of the movable link of the door hinge there is a flat stop with size from 5-10 mm, with the end rounded along the radius, towards the flat wall of the fixed link, and between each other links of the door hinge are connected with a smooth axis of one diameter along the entire length, which is fixed by upset forging of not the whole cross section of axis ends, but only the outer circular layer of axis ends.EFFECT: invention eliminates axis curve.2 cl, 3 dwg |
