FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold forming of billets of metal or polymer materials in drawing of bars, tubes, wire, etc. Proposed method comprises feeding the lubrication into deformation zone and tool working zone. Stable feed of minimum amount of lubrication into deformation zone is ensured by lubricating process tool and billet working zone by lube film. For this lube is forced by pump and dispensed in feeder section and fed in lubricating film generators. Therefrom, produced film is fed via nozzles arranged in process toll working zone in minimum required metered amounts to billet surface sections to be deformed and in process tool working zone. Excess lube is removed. Lube feed system comprises appropriate equipment.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability in machining.10 cl, 6 dwg |
