The device (1) has a set of support elements (5, 6, 9, 10) for holding a set of lengthened elements (2, 3) within a loading space (7) and in a cabin (8) infront of a vehicle e.g. station-wagon type or utility type vehicle. The set of support elements is integrated within the loading space. The support elements are arranged in a L-shaped manner. A pipe is placed for receiving the lengthened elements, where the pipe is cylindrical and is allowed to project inside a passenger compartment in the cabin.
