The system has a body for fixing to a slab. A movable locking finger (2) is arranged with regard to the body. An elastic unit (3) is utilized for driving the finger in a locked position. A set of elastic recall units (4-6) of the finger is arranged in an unlocked position. The recall units include a ferromagnetic part that is intended to be moved under the action of a magnetic field against the action of the elastic unit. Another elastic unit (7) positions the recall units in a blocking position for maintaining the finger in an unlocked position. An independent claim is also included for a slab.
