The coil (13') has a fixed external face (13a') and a fixed internal face (13b') that are made of a ceramic material. A core (28) is made of ceramic material, and an end (23) of the core is formed with a receiving groove for receiving a joint made of polyimide. The external face is directed toward outer side of the coil while the internal face is directed toward interior of the coil. An internal volume is defined by a movable external face (14a') and the internal face and by a movable internal face (14b') and the external face.
