摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to diagnostics of foot function and can be used in early diagnostics of spring and supporting dysfunction of foot. Impression of foot - plantogram of examined person is obtained. Plantogram is processed by making a drawing. Tangent AB to the most projecting points of medial edge of foot impression is drawn, from the middle of which in point C perpendicular, crossing medial edge of foot impression in point D, and lateral - in point E, is restored. Geometric drawing, on which transverse axis of posterior part of foot, transverse axis of anterior part of foot, longitudinal axis of entire foot and supporting triangle are drawn, is additionally drawn on obtained plantogram. To obtain transverse axis of posterior part of foot tangent FG to lateral edge of foot impression is drawn. Centre of heel O is found. Circumference with heel radius R is drawn and diameter BG, connecting medial and lateral edges of heel, is drawn. To obtain transverse axis of anterior part of foot, the widest place between lateral and medial edges of anterior part of foot AF is connected. The centre of said segment Ois found. To obtain longitudinal axis of entire foot, point D is connected with centre Oof transverse axis of anterior part of foot and diameter of heel BG is intersected in point O. Support triangle with base AF and apex in point Oof transaction of longitudinal axis with diameter of heel BG is drawn. Obtained segments are measured. Indices: for diagnostics of longitudinal spring arch I=DE:DC, where Iis index; for diagnostics of transverse spring arch I=3R:AF, where Iis index, R is heel radius, AF is transverse axis of anterior part of foot, are determined. To diagnose support function of foot deviations of longitudinal axis and displacement of support triangle with respect to heel centre are measured.EFFECT: method provides possibility of diagnosing several types of foot dysfunctions at initial stages of their development and due to it ensures early correction by more efficient methods.2 ex, 2 dwg
