FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method provides for erection of fit-in reservoirs on the surface of ice cover, their filling with sea water, layerwise freezing of water with removal of brine at the same time, drilling of wells in the ice cover, filling, freezing of fresh water in them and strengthening of the ice cover, and also cooling of ice and bottom deposits with thermal siphons. At the same time in process of ice cover strengthening the reservoirs are installed relative to each other at the distance of more than 0.25 m, and sea and fresh water is frozen to the height that exceeds double thickness of natural ice freezing. Then on the surface of sections of strengthened ice cover interaction with movable ice fields, ice roads, additional reservoirs are erected, sea water is frozen in them, and ice supports and water-filled sluice chambers are created under the strengthened ice cover, being rested against the bottom. In the supports and the below bottom deposits, wells are drilled, thermal siphons are installed in their cavities, and negative temperatures are maintained in the supports and bottom deposits. To protect vessels against storms, drift of ice fields, a hydrotechnical lock is installed in one of ice supports of the sluice chamber, and with the lock open a vessel is entered or moved out from the sluice chamber into the sea.EFFECT: long-term safe delivery of cargo to an unequipped shore of Arctic sea, hydrocarbon materials to consumers.2 cl, 3 dwg |
