FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: device for processing plant cellulose-containing materials consists of a cylindrical housing, a bottom, and a lid (working cavity). It is provided with a means of sealing of the working cavity, its thermostated heating, feeding liquid and solid phases, discharge of these phases and steam-gases, a grid for filtering the liquid phase. According to the invention the device working cavity is divided into zones formed by the elements placed in it, each of which consists of a cylindrical part and a perforated bottom with a plated filter mesh located on it, at that the bottom of the element located above serves as the lid of each element in the working position of the device. The device is additionally provided with external means of forced circulation of the liquid phase, the discharge of one liquid phase by displacement of another liquid phase, the thermostated heating of the recirculating liquid phase, and also the steam generator.EFFECT: device provides the ability of simultaneous processing of several different samples of materials in the same modes with the subsequent research of each of the samples of the processed materials.2 cl, 3 dwg |
