FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials, in particular, to production of concrete wall blocks for low-rise building. Concrete mixture, which includes Portland cement, expanded clay, expanded clay sand, water, additionally contains fibre from synthetic high-molecular compounds, cut into segments 5-25 mm, profiled, obtained by casting through draw plates with profiled openings in form of 3, 5 or 10-pointed star and super-plasticiser C-3 with the following component ratio, wt %: Portland cement 23.0-25.0, expanded clay of 10-20 mm fraction 30.0-36.0, expanded clay sand 17.0-18.6, said fibre 0.2-0.3, super-plasticiser C-3 0.7-1.2, water 23.0-25.0.EFFECT: increase of frost-resistance of products from concrete mixture.1 tbl |
