FIELD: packaging industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a metal lid (20) comprising a bottom wall (21) which on the top and the periphery transfers to the side wall (22) frictionally mounted and held in the axial direction in the inner space of the seat ("S") formed by an opening (14) of the can (10). The bottom wall (21) of the lid comprises a peripheral annular part (23), a middle part (24) and connecting them rib part (25) with an approximate shape of an inverted U. The middle part (24) comprises an annular plate (24a) and the central panel (24b) connected to each other by axial stepped part (24c), and the outer peripheral edge of the annular panel (24a) is connected with an annular rib part (25). The said axial stepped part (24c) is made of material which is plastically deformed from the adjacent annular panel part (24a) and from the central panel part (24b).EFFECT: according to the invention the lid has a higher strength with a smaller thickness of metal sheet from which it is made, and when opening and closing it does not make a risk of plastic deformations making this lid useless.10 cl, 8 dwg |
