FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a water-conductive household device (1), in particular - a dishwashing machine (2) whereto liquid may be supplied during at least one filling stage, the machine containing at least one drainage pump (6), intended for discharge of liquid from the water-conductive household device (1), and a device (11) for protection against overflow intended for prevention of water in the water-conductive household device (1) rising to a too high level. The overflow protection device (11) is meant for registration of at least one working parameter of the drainage pump (6); after the filling stage, in case of the drainage pump (6) failure that can be deduced from at least one working parameter the device prevents performance of the next filling stage. The invention relates to the method of operation of a water-conductive household device (1).EFFECT: water-conductive household device enables identification of water rising to too a high level before water leakage happens.20 cl, 1 dwg |
