FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: removable modular heat insulation includes similar sections located in series throughout the length of heat-insulated equipment and connected to each other; the above sections consist of N similar heat-insulated modules connected to each other along longitudinal side walls located at angle ?=2?/N. Each module includes a frame made of angles, some part of which is covered with thin metal sheets and represents a casing filled with heat-insulating material and made in the form of a segment having in cross section the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with equal sides located at angle ? relative to each other. Ends of angular posts of the frame, which project relative to rear and front walls, form the first similar end sections facing to heat-insulated equipment and the second similar end sections facing to opposite side. Modules are connected to each other along longitudinal and transverse side walls and form a cylindrical heat-insulating cover with N-faced front and rear surfaces, which encloses heat-insulated equipment. The first end sections of each bundle, which face the heat-insulated equipment, are attached to each other in detachable manner by means of the corresponding latch-support freely resting on surface of the heat-insulated equipment. The second end sections of each bundle are attached to each other by means of the corresponding springs in the form of a symmetrically closed cross-shaped outline with four loop-shaped sections, which are located orthogonally relative to each other.EFFECT: simpler installation and dismantling of heat-insulating modules; improvement of isothermality of heat-insulated equipment.7 cl, 19 dwg |
