摘要 FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane technology and can be widely used for purification and separation of water and aqueous solutions in food, pharmaceutical and other industries, in sea water desalination, biotechnology and making super purified solutions. Composite polymer comprises substrate from nonwoven material, ultra filtration layer of polysulfone or polyethersulfone and covering ultrafine selective layer of polypiperazine amide applier thereon at the relationship between their thicknesses making (64.3-66.66):(32.36-35.98):(0.98-1.02), respectively. Proposed method comprises application of ultra filtration layer of polysulfone or polyethersulfone on nonwoven substrate surface by interphase polycondensation, application of ultrafine layer of polypiperazine amide on ultra filtration layer surface at 18-25°C, first, by aqueous solution of piperazine for 6-10 min, then, by 0.15-0.6%-solution of acylchloride agent in organic solvent for 6-10 min and drying at 25-40°C. Acylchloride agent represents the mix of tri-mesoilchloride and isophthaloilchloride taken in the following ratio in wt %: 1:1 and at solution concentration of 0.15-0.6%.
