FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: trailed installation contains a chassis-mounted frame, a mixer bin, the delivery and the discharge containers, the working tools driving system, a minor bin for protein additives, a crusher or grinder. Inside the grinding chamber a hammer rotor is positioned. The rotor is equipped with blowers and partitions. In the partitions bottom parts ellipsoid-shaped longitudinal holes are made. Arranged along the grinding chamber circumference is a deck with shear elements. The elements are installed at variable pitch along the chamber length and width are shaped as variable height trapezoids with sharpened edges. For levelling and compaction of the delivered vegetal mass, a rotary beater is mounted on the rotor hammers of the double-blower grinder over the chain-and-slat conveyor. The beater is confined inside a casing with slot-shaped holes. The slots ensure egress of the cutting part of each saber-shaped blade outside the casing by at least one third. The saber-shaped blades proper form an adjustable gap equal to 100-300 mm with the delivery conveyor surface. Assembled in the bottom part of the mixer bin is the inertial discharger chamber. The butt-end part of the chamber walls has two loading holes for the grinder pipelines. The auger casing is in the form of hollow pipe. The casing has rectangular holes with gimbal-mounted dampers.EFFECT: ensuring extension of the application sphere of the installation for processing vegetal fodders and grain forage with variable moisture content, improvement of the components mixing quality and increase of the installation throughput capacity.2 cl, 8 dwg |
