The upper plate is not connected with the double-tee. Clips include rigidly connected tubular and solid rectangular parts. The solid part has bores, where stop mechanisms are installed. Stop mechanisms include rotary stop plates and elastic elements that fix them. Support plates are installed on the inner surfaces of the shelves and surfaces of the double-tee wall.
