The threshold (1) has an external rail (11) including a set of evacuation openings for discharging water from a central part (13) toward outside. A U-shaped section support profile (2) includes a central wall (21) forming the central part, an interior wall (25) and an external wall (23). An external profile (5) is mounted on the support profile, and includes a guide part (51) and an assembly comprising a guideway (11a) for the rail, where the external profile is mounted on the external wall. A flap part (53) extends at a side external of the external wall and in front of the openings.
