As control modes for the simultaneous cooling-hot water supply operation mode, the device has a cooling priority mode that controls the operation frequency of the compressor (1) according to the cooling load and a hot water supply priority mode that controls the operation frequency of the compressor (1) according to the demand for hot water supply. The operation control unit (103) sets the control mode for the simultaneous cooling-heating-hot water supply operation mode to the cooling priority mode or the hot water supply priority mode according to the relationship between the cooling load and the hot water supply load.
