The invention relates to a method for producing a link-plate chain (1) which is stretched under rotational speed in a closed state, said link-plate chain being stretched in opposite rotational directions. The invention also relates to a link-plate chain for a continuously variable belt-driven conical pulley transmission, comprising a plurality of link-plates (11) and pressure pieces (14, 15), wherein the link-plate chain (1) has been produced in particular according to an aforementioned method. The link plates and/or pressure pieces of the link-plate chain have plastification points which are arranged uniformly or distributed in a consistent manner within the link plates and/or pressure pieces of the link-plate chain. |
