ENHANCED UPLINK COVERAGE METHOD, DEVICE AND BASE STATION

Disclosed are an enhanced uplink coverage method, device and base station, the method comprising: a network side controls a user equipment (UE) to use more than two hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes to transmit the same uplink (UL) transmission block. In the present invention, a base station controls a UE to use more than two HARQ processes to transmit the same UL transmission block, and controls the length of transmission time interval (TTI) bundling and the maximum number of times attempting transmission by the HARQ processes, thus controlling the enhanced uplink coverage, improving UL coverage performance while achieving resource allocation flexibility.
