OPENING DEGREE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CARBURETOR THROTTLE

An opening degree control system for a carburetor throttle comprises a carburetor body (1), a stepping motor (2), a transmission mechanism (3) that is connected to the stepping motor (2) and controls the opening degree of a throttle, an ECU control apparatus (4), a linear Hall adjusting apparatus (5), and a load sensor (6) used for collecting a load change. The linear Hall adjusting apparatus (5) and the load sensor (6) are in a communication connection with the ECU control apparatus (4). Further disclosed is an opening degree control method for a carburetor throttle. According to the system and the method, automatic control of opening degrees of carburetor throttles of different types is implemented by adopting the linear Hall adjusting apparatus in combination with the stepping motor and the transmission mechanism; the system control precision is enhanced through multiple settings of software and hardware, so that an engine reaches the optimal idle state; and the engine and the load are effectively controlled by forming correspondence between a linear Hall voltage and a load signal.
