PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sensor of an electromagnetic induction type coordinate input device for eliminating any useless area in which a substrate is occupied by a leading-out line part, and for reducing the number of connection pins with the outside as much as possible.SOLUTION: A plurality of first loop coils each of which has a loop part having a predetermined shape are arranged in a first direction, and a second plurality of loop coils each of which has a loop part having a predetermined shape are arranged in a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction. Each of the first and second loop coils includes a leading-out line part continuously connected to the loop parts, and is constituted of a first line and a second line disposed in parallel with each other. In a position detection area, one of the first and second lines of the first loop coil is connected to at least one of the first and second lines of the other first loop coil or the line of the loop parts of the second loop coil. |
