PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl louver suppressed in introduction of heated air, water, foreign substances, and the like into a vehicle cabin via a cowl duct.SOLUTION: A cowl louver includes a concave-frame-shaped cowl 12 coupled to an air conditioning unit 30, a louver 13 covering an upper face of the cowl 12 and having an ambient-air intake port 11, and a cylindrical cowl duct 14 having a suction port 14a communicated with the ambient-air intake port 11 and an exhaust port 14b facing to an air intake port 30a of the air conditioning unit 30. Moreover, on both side edges of the suction port 14a, shield plates 15 for shielding a space between the cowl duct 14 and the louver 13 are provided, respectively. The shield plates 15 are made from a soft material and preferably are directly molded into the cowl duct 14 or the louver 13. |
