PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent expanding device or the like suitable for easily manufacturing a stent with a desired design.SOLUTION: A stent expanding device 31 includes a hollow tube 11 covered by the stent 41, and a mandrel 21 inserted into the hollow tube 11. The mandrel 21 includes a tapered part 24 at least in part in the whole length direction. The tapered part 24 partially has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the hollow tube 11. |
