PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner, which can individually control a temperature in a plurality of rooms with high responsiveness and shows excellent energy-saving property while solving problems about a controllable range of a blower or a compressor of a heat pump type air conditioner.SOLUTION: A bypass air volume in a bypass duct 8, which is branched from a branch chamber 3C and laid to a downstream side of a plurality of rooms R1 to R4, is measured with a bypass wind speed sensor 10. A total supplied air volume of an indoor unit 2B is measured with a supplied air speed sensor 7. A bypass ratio is obtained from the bypass air volume measured with the bypass wind speed sensor 10 and from the total supplied air volume measured with the supplied air speed sensor 7. An output of a heat pump type air conditioner 2 is controlled so as to obtain a prescribed range of the bypass ratio. |
