PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire treads having improved low rolling resistance, wet performance, steering stability, abrasion resistance and processability at a conventional level or more.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for tire tread is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. of diene-based rubber comprising 30-70 wt.% of SBR1 having a styrene amount of 30-38 wt.%, a vinyl amount of 60-80 wt.%, a glass transition temperature of -20 to -5°C and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000,000-1,800,000 and 70-30 wt.% of SBR2 having a glass transition temperature of -80 to -35°C and a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000-800,000 with 80-130 pts.wt. of a reinforcing filler in which the amount of silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 140-270 m/g in the reinforcing filler is 80 wt.% or more, and 2-20 wt.% of a silane coupling agent with respect to the silica amount is further blended with the resulting blended material. |
